First-Time Visitors
Do I need boxing experience to start?
No. Brick City Boxing is beginner-friendly, and our coaches guide you step-by-step. Whether it’s your first workout or you’re looking to level up, we’ll help you train safely and confidently.
Is the free session really free?
Yes. Your first session is complimentary so you can experience Brick City Boxing before choosing a membership or training option.
What should I bring to my first session?
Wear comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes, and bring water. Boxing wraps and gloves are available in the gym, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
Are wraps and gloves provided?
Yes. We have wraps and gloves available at the gym so you can get started right away. Many members choose to purchase their own over time, but it’s not required to begin.
How early should I arrive?
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for your first visit so you can check in, get oriented, and start on time.
What if I’m nervous or not in shape yet?
You’re not alone—many members start out feeling the same way. Our goal is progress, not perfection. We focus on good form, encouragement, and steady improvement.
Classes & Training
What are the classes like?
Our classes combine boxing-inspired conditioning with fundamentals and technique. Expect a high-energy workout that builds strength, cardio, coordination, and confidence in a supportive environment.
Are classes appropriate for all fitness levels?
Yes. Coaches provide options and guidance so you can adjust intensity as needed. Beginners and experienced athletes train side by side.
How long are classes?
Most classes run approximately 45–60 minutes depending on the format. You’ll get a full workout, plus time for questions if you need it.
Do you offer 1:1 training?
Yes. We offer personal training options for members who want more individualized coaching. Look at the Joe's 1:1 classes online or in the app or ask a coach at the gym or contact us to learn more.
Do you offer youth training?
Yes. Brick City Boxing offers youth training options (availability varies). Contact us and we’ll help you find the best program based on age and goals.
Memberships & Booking
How do I book a class or a free session?
You can book directly through the schedule and booking section on this page. Choose a time that works for you and follow the prompts to reserve your spot.
What membership options are available?
We offer flexible membership options designed to fit different schedules and goals. You can view current plans on our Memberships page.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
No problem—plans change. You can manage rescheduling through the booking system. If you need help, our team is happy to assist.
How does monthly billing work?
Your initial payment is prorated based on your sign-up date. After that, full monthly membership payments are automatically billed on or near the first of each month.
We require at least 72 hours’ notice prior to your billing date for any account changes, including freezing or canceling a membership. Requests made with less than 72 hours’ notice may result in additional fees and/or termination.
There are no refunds for unattended sessions or for failure to notify us in advance to cancel or freeze a membership. No refunds. No exceptions.

Where should I park?
We have a small parking lot available, along with street parking nearby. If you have trouble finding a spot, just let us know.

Merchandise & Orders
What currency are the prices listed in?
All prices on our site are listed in USD.
I just placed a merchandise order—when will it ship?
Like many small businesses, our merchandise is made to order and shipped using a drop-shipping service. While average delivery time is less than 10 days, please allow up to 14 days for production and shipping.
Tracking information will be provided automatically once it becomes available. If you do not receive a tracking number within 7 days, please email us at info@brickcityboxingla.com.
