Do I need to bring my own boxing gloves and hand wraps for my first class?
For first sessions, you are welcome to use the boxing gloves we have. However, for cleanliness reasons and post-Covid precautions, we do suggest that you invest in your own boxing gloves (and hand wraps if needed) if you decide to continue attending classes here. 


What do I need to wear for boxing classes?
Typical fitness attire is fine, unless your coach suggests boxing shoes and/or headgear. 


Where can I purchase boxing gear?
You can purchase boxing gloves, hand wraps, etc. via online stores. There is also a local boxing equipment store here in Pasadena, CA! 


I'm nervous. Will classes be intimidating?
We do our best to make everyone feel comfortable whether you're a beginner or have professional experience. We have a wide variety of members! The best way to get over your nerves is to jump right in and try us out!


I see 3 trainer names on the schedule under Group Boxing classes. How do I know who is teaching the class?
Availability and schedules can change from time to time. So, for group boxing classes you will get 1 of the 3 BCB coaches we have. 


How does the monthly billing work?
Your initial payment will be prorated to the date of sign up. Afterwards, full monthly membership amounts are billed on or near the first of every month. You can freeze/cancel your membership at any time. We must be notified before your billing date for any account changes. No refunds are given for any unattended sessions or for failure to contact us beforehand to cancel/freeze memberships. Contact management at info@brickcityboxingla.com for more information.


Can I use an alternative method to pay for my monthly membership?
Yes! Our memberships charge automatically on or near the 1st of each month with the debit/credit card on file. If you need to pay alternatively on the 1st, we accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, and Cashapp payments. Please email management at info@brickcityboxingla.com before your billing date. At least 72 hours in advance is suggested.


Can I combine memberships? (Group & 1-on-1, Boxing & KTF, etc.)
Absolutely! Our platform will only display one main membership at a time. To add another membership or additional single credits to your account, please contact management on site or email us at info@brickcityboxingla.com and we'll take care of that for you!


Do credits rollover?
Credits do not rollover. Monthly membership pricing and credits are based on 30 day periods. Any unused credits will expire on the last day of the month. Pausing your membership (in monthly increments) and downgrading a membership are options if need be. Please request account changes before your billing date.


Do you have a referral program?
Yes!! The BCB Champion Referral Program allows the current BCB member to receive their choice of 2 group boxing classes or a 1-on-1 session with Coach Joe for every person they refer that signs up for a membership! Credit(s) will be added to your account when the referral signs up for a membership. The new member will receive 15% off of their first recurring membership payment (first automatic payment, not initial sign up payment).


What currency are the prices I see on this site?
All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Like many small businesses, products are made to order and shipped using a drop-shipping service. Although average delivery time is less than 10 days, please allow up to 14 days for production and shipping. Tracking information will automatically be provided when it is available. If you do not receive a tracking number within 7 days, you can email us at info@brickcityboxingla.com.
